Problème d'affichage du site après click dans mail

Bonjour,

Lorsque nous cliquons sur le lien du ticket envoyé par mail, l'affichage du site est cassé.

Ca ne se produit pas dans d'autres contextes.

J'ai fais les MAJ jusqu'au patch 3.2.37 + redémarrage du service apache2, mais le problème persiste.

Pouvez-vous indiquer si l'URL présent dans les mails et différent de celui que vous utiliser pour vous connecter à l'application ?

Pourrez vous indiquer si des erreurs apparaissent lorsque qu'avec chrome vous appuyer sur F12 sur l'onglet console ?

Pour tester, j'ai mis les deux URL dans le texte du mail.

La balise [link] utilise le FQDN et elle renvoie vers le site avec un problème d'affichage.
L'adresse ip est rentrée en dur dans le texte et là, il n'y a pas de problème d'affichage.

Pourrez vous indiquer si des erreurs apparaissent lorsque qu'avec chrome vous appuyer sur F12 sur l'onglet console ?
