Envoi de mail aux techniciens ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour,

Suite à notre passage dans la version 3.2.29, nous constatons des problèmes avec l'envoie des mails.
Ce qui fonctionne, c'est l'envoi aux demandeurs lors de la création d'un ticket, d'une réponse, de la fermeture.
Ce qui ne fonctionne pas :
- envoi du mail de création d'un ticket à un groupe de techniciens,
- envoi à un technicien lors de la mise à jour d'une résolution par le demandeur,
- envoi au demandeur du sondage lors de la fermeture ("Terminé") d'un ticket.

Aussi, nous avons constaté l'erreur suivante :

Concernant l'erreur composer vous devez avoir une tâche planifiée qui exécute PHP CLI avec une version 5.6 de PHP, vous pourrez modifier votre tâche planifiée avec l'URL de php.exe sur la version 8.1.13.

Cette erreur ne doit pas être l'origine du problème.

Pouvez-vous fournir une impression écran de la section Administration > Paramètres > Général

Pourrez-vous retélécharger le patch 3.2.29 puis refaire un test ?

Nous avons réapliquer les patchs 26 à 29 car il y avait eu un problème à parti du patch 26. Nous partions pour la mise à jour du patch 3.1.48.

Nous avons réappliquer le patch 29 et les envois de mails ne se font plus du tout.

Est ce que le test du connecteur SMTP fonctionne depuis l'onglet connecteur ?
