Bonjour à tous,

Dans mon ancienne vie dans une SSII, j'utilisais Gestsup chez certains de mes clients pour suivre avec eux de manière détaillée toutes mes action, aujourd'hui, j'ai changé de vie et je m'occupe de l'informatique interne d'une PME. Il va de soit que j'utilise toujours gestsup!

Evidement, si tout allait bien je ne serais pas la, avant j'utilisais plutôt Wamp, je ne suis pas hyper familier avec linux, mais la j'ai mis en place une VM linux. j'avais fait 2 essais concluant chez des clients, probablement avec un mauvais choix mais sur ubuntu (ça marchait bien avant, mais je ne sais pas avant quoi)

Mon problème s'est que depuis quelques temps, quand j'enregistre mon ticket (pas dans tous les cas), quand je veux refaire une synchro AD, j'ai une page blanche en dehors des menu. si je clique a nouveau sur la liste des tickets après un enregistrement, je retrouve bien mon ticket. Si je fait F5 dans le cas d'un enregistrement, mon ticket est doublé.

ce qui me gène le plus s'est que je n'arrive pas a intégré mes nouveaux salariés.

J'ai fait des essais avec plusieurs postes avec des niveau de configuration d'antivirus différents (le mein est hyper blindé, je test avant mise en prod), j'ai essayé avec plusieurs navigateur aussi

qui a une bonne idée ?

PS: J'ai mis a jour PHP, sur linux il me dit qu'il est a jour, mais pas dans gestsup ? le probleme date d'avant

Je continu a reflechir de mon coté, alors avec les éléments au deçu, j'ai résolu mon probleme de synchro, je suis un idiot

La confiance n'exclu pas le contrôle, j'ai renommé la sous OU avec mes utilisateurs il y a quelques temps .... ça marche mieux maintenant, je peux de nouveau faire une synchro

je n'ai pas eux non plus de problème de page blanche.... mais s'est peut être un peut tôt encore
