check if you have the lastest version, magic_quotes_gpc is not neccessary, if file upload is disable you can't, attach file to the ticket.

For Email you must configure all parameter in Administration > Paramters > Messages.

To finish, the language is only french, actually...

Bonjour, en fait n'était pas la version finale, j'ai donc téléchargé la dernière version, et la plupart des problèmes ont disparu. La question est maintenant: file_uploads desactivé, le chargement des fichiers DANS LES incidents seront Pourra fonctionner.
Pas d'adresse email renseigné ne sais pas où pour spécifier les paramètres.
Je m'excuse de mon ignorance en la matière.

email parameters must be configure in application on gestsup not on the server, when you are log in application, go to Administration > Paramters > Messages, for configure this part.

for file_upload, it's php parameter it must be configure on the server, in php.ini, else you can't attach file in tickets in application.
