Le collecteur mail ne crée pas les demandeurs

Bonjour,

Le collecteur mail ne crée pas l'utilisateur si il n'existe pas dans la base même si la "Création automatique des utilisateurs" est activée dans les paramètres.

Le ticket est bien créé mais sans demandeur.

Pouvez-vous essayer de passer sur le type d'authentification login v2

Bonjour,

Si je passe en login v2 pour le connecteur imap, les tickets ne sont pas créés alors qu'il y a bien des mail non lus..
Cependant je n'ai pas de messages d'erreur.
