Hi!

I would like to know if it is possible to configure in this way the gestsup:

Service: A, B
Technician Group: A, B
Several Technician in the group.

The user create are ticket for the service: A, B, which automatically arrives in technician groups A, B (I would also like the services between do not see the tickets of others).
