Problèmes suite à MAJ des patchs 3.1.22 jusqu'à la 3.

Je n'avais jamais eu ce type de problématiques depuis la première installe en 2014, et ça tourne depuis 5 ans impeccable. Là je sais pas ce que j'ai déconné ...

Il semble que certaines mises à niveau SQL n'ont pas été installées.

Je regarde pour identifier lesquels.

Pouvez vous me confirmer que les 18 scripts de mises a jour SQL ont été passée sur votre version de base 3.1.22 ?

D'après mon analyse et vos fichiers de logs, voici la liste des scripts de mise à jour SQL manquant à votre installation :

update_3.1.21_to_3.1.22.sql
update_3.1.23_to_3.1.24.sql

Je vous invite à refaire la mise à jour de votre base de données depuis votre version de base en passant chaque script un par un.

Bonjour Flox,

Dans PHPmyadmin, je viens de supprimer ma base issu de la version 3.1.22, puis je l'ai recrée manuellement, et j'ai réintégré mon backup.sql issue de la version 3.1.22

Puis depuis le répertoire _SQL j'ai importé manuellement 1 par un les update, depuis l'update_3.1.21_to_3.1.22.sql, jusqu'a l 'update_3.1.39_to_3.1.40.sql.

J'ai toujours le même soucis ...

Comment arrivez vous a voir dans les log de erreur.log ce qui indique que certain update ne sont pas passé ?

Alors après de multiples tests, désinstalles, réinstalles de l’appli dans différentes versions nous avons fait le constat suivant :

1-Installation de la 3.1.35 ok. Création de tickets, et visualisation de des listes de ticket ok, menu paramètre ok.

2- Import de ma base issue de la 3.1.22 dans PMA ok sans message d’erreur.

3- Connexion à l’application OK malgré message d’erreur suivant

4- Dans l’appli problèmes d’affichage, impossibilité de visualiser la liste de tickets, malgré les tickets bien importés, menu paramètre qui ne valide pas les modifs.

5- Nous avons passé les updates de base la 3.1.22 à la 3.1.35, un par un à la mano dans PMA avec le menu import. Du coup on a plus le message sur le timeout. Plus de problèmes d’affichage. Mais le problème des tickets et du menu paramètre reste entier.

Nous vient alors deux questions :

Jusqu’à présent, et jusqu’à la version 3.1.22, nous sommes toujours passés par le menu Mise à jour à jour pour monter les versions et nous n’avions jamais eu de problèmes. Nous avons bien conscience que le problème vient de notre base lors de l’import. Aussi nous nous demandons, malgré que nous avions l’appli 3.1.22, avions nous réellement notre base en 3.1.22 et non pas dans une version encore plus antérieure, malgré que ça fonctionnait quand même. Est-ce possible ?

Aussi, comment est-ce possible de connaitre avec exactitude la version actuelle de notre base, afin de pouvoir appliquer les bons updates dans l’ordre, mais surtout pouvoir commencer à les appliquer à partir de la bonne version ?

Il semble avoir des défauts sur votre base de données en 3.1.22.

Le script update_3.1.21_to_3.1.22.sql ne s'est pas correctement déroulé, je ne pourrais vous dire pourquoi.

Vous pouvez essayer de repasser manuellement toutes les requêtes de ce script une a une depuis votre base de données en 3.1.22 puis d'importer les autres script. Si le problème persiste transmettez les dernières lignes du log d'erreur apache.
