Création ticket impossible

Bonjour,
VOila j'ai installé gestsup, configuré le connecteur smtp/ldap/imap vers un serveur ad et exchange 2013

Par contre impossible de crée un ticket, en mode debug:

merci de donner votre version de l'application, et vous avez une erreurs avec votre identifiant et mot de passe sur le compte d'accès sur le connecteur essayer le login Windows a la place de l'adresse mail.

J'ai bien suivi la procédure à la lettre!
J'ai d'ailleurs lu tout les topics en rapport avec les connecteurs et j'ai testé toutes les solutions trouvés....
L'envoi des mail fonctionne mais pas la collecte avec mon compte gmail, avec exchange pour l'instant même l'envoi des mails sa ne marches pas!

J'ai tester le connecteur imap sur la webdemo:

Sur la webdemo le connecteur imap n'est pas autorisé. Si vous souhaitez faire un test depuis votre serveur vérifié votre identifiant et mot de passe, votre firewall, et le niveau de sécurité du compte Google.

Reposter le message d'erreur apres ces vérifications.

SUr mon serveur l'envoi de mail en SMTP avec mon compte GMAIL marche, je reçois bien les mails!
Le IMAP avec le même compte non!
Le niveau de sécurité de mon compte est ok vu que j'ai suivi la procédure de la FAQ.

J'ai réussi à configurer le SMTP avec mon serveur exchange, je ne passe plus par le local mais en utilisant l'adresse du webmail, la l'envoi des mails se fait bien et je les reçois!
Par contre le connecteur IMAP en 143 ou 993 la même erreur:
