Bonjour,

Lors de la création de tickets il n'y a pas d'envoi de mail automatique et quand on essaye d'en envoyer à partir d'un ticket existant non plus.

J'ai activé le débogage et j'ai les messages suivants :

Pouvez vous vérifier votre identifiant et mot de passe de messagerie.

Et nous donner le nom et la version de votre serveur de messagerie.

Nous avons solutionné le soucis, c'était un problème lié à OVH.
